Discover Grossman Real Estate: Your Trusted Partner in Real Estate and Legal Expertise
Ever since the establishment of the Law Offices of Marc Grossman in 1998, it has been my foremost privilege and duty to serve our community through our law firm. I embrace this role with both pride and the responsibility of upholding a family legacy characterized by trust, integrity, and respect. This legacy can be traced back to my grandparents, who settled in Ontario nearly a century ago. As a young child accompanying my father around town some 50 years ago, I frequently encountered individuals who shared stories about my remarkable grandparents, emphasizing the profound impact they had made by offering assistance to those in need. That sense of admiration and respect continued to drive me 30 years later as a young attorney when community members would recount how my father had provided valuable support during challenging times. Up until his passing in 2021, my father dedicated his professional life to serving as an Elder Law Attorney, assisting local clients with estate and end-of-life matters during periods when trust was paramount.
My roots are firmly planted in Upland, where I attended Upland High School and even served as a substitute teacher during my time in law school. I have raised my children in Upland, making them the fourth generation of my family to carry the legacy of a respected name within the community. In addition to my strong local ties, I am guided by my Jewish faith, which underscores the principle of “Tikkun Olam,” highlighting my duty to engage in actions aimed at repairing and enhancing the world. I fulfill this duty by infusing trust, integrity, and respect into the professional services I provide, thus honoring my family’s esteemed name and reputation, a responsibility I bear with pride.
Why Do We Offer Free Consultations? It is both my business philosophy and a commitment to every individual who walks through our doors. I promise to provide them with the same advice I would give if they were my sibling, best friend, or family member. Unlike firms that specialize exclusively in one practice area, my business practice and philosophy revolve around creating the broadest range of opportunities to assist people, giving them the best advice even when it may not serve my immediate self-interest. When there are alternative, cost-effective, or more suitable solutions to address a situation, I will always strive to help my clients explore the options that are in their best interest. Clients are often pleasantly surprised when I present them with better or alternative approaches to solving their problems, even if it means not hiring me. While it may be uncommon in today’s local professional landscape, prioritizing my clients’ interests is how we ensure that the legacy of Trust, Integrity, and Respect continues.
It has been our privilege and honor to serve our community by addressing their most significant matters through our Law Firm and Brokerage.
We open wide avenues for assistance, providing people with the best advice, even when it doesn't align with our own interests.
Our clients are our guiding principles and a source of inspiration, where their goals become ours, and their challenges become our challenges.
